Justice League seems to be in more hot water as WB execs have reportedly trashed Will Beall’s script with several sources claiming “it’s terrible”:

Quote1I’ve now heard from multiple sources that the Will Beall script for Justice League has been scrapped.  The story from each source is the same: it’s terrible.  Some sources seem to think the whole movie is going to fall apart and never happen, while some believe that Warner Bros will keep moving forward, unwilling to lose the superhero arms race.Quote2

WHOOPSY DAISIES.  I’m not a mathematician or anything but aren’t they already LOSING the “superhero arms race”? 

Seeing as The Avengers will assemble at the 85th Annual Academy Awards next week to present an award, while the Justice League doesn’t even exist yet?

Justice League’s saving grace may just be this film:

If Snyder dropped the ball however, WB is screwed.

While these superhero teams may be fictional, they express an extremely important idea: that people are fundamentally different from one another, and that that is a GOOD thing.  Let’s take a look.

Synergetic Justice

Kal El or Clark Kent also known as Superman is the stoic, steadfast, and courageous Man of Steel who seeks sanctuary in the Fortress of Solitude.  The Big Blue Boyscout is characterized by his indestructible physicality, his strict code of ethics, and his indomitable will.  Indeed Superman knows, as all Guardians do, that with great power comes great responsibility.

The Dark Knight or Bruce Wayne also known as Batman is the bold, ruthless, and utilitarian Caped Crusader who funds his vigilantism through multi-billion dollar Wayne Enterprises.  The World’s Greatest Detective is characterized by his extreme martial talent, his stealth and rogue-like abilities, and his skillful use of expensive gadgets.  Indeed Batman knows, as all Artisans do, that those who hesitate are lost.

Diana Prince also known as Wonder Woman is the compassionate, luminescent, and intuitive Amazonian Princess who enforces righteousness with her Lasso of Truth.  The Mighty Maiden is characterized by her noble demeanor, her immortal disposition, and her altruistic attitude.  Indeed Wonder Woman knows, as all Idealists do, that a loving heart is the truest wisdom.

Hal Jordan also known as Green Lantern is the calm, cerebral, and intelligent Ringed Wonder who synthesizes his imagination with a Ring of Power.  The Emerald Knight is characterized by his resolute conviction, his autonomous industry, and his pragmatic mindset.  Indeed Green Lantern knows, as all Rationals do, that knowledge is power.

ASSEMBLY REQUIRED FINAL

Anthony Stark a.k.a. Iron Man is an intelligent, inventive, and ingenious engineer who created a mechanical suit to save his life.  The Armored Avenger is characterized by his mechanical aptitude and inventive genius, being a billionaire industrialist Stark is constantly tinkering with and improving his mechanical suit.  Innovativescientificanalytical and systematic Tony Stark makes for a wonderful example of a Rational.  Certainly Stark is the brains of The Avengers and uses his coldanalytical mind to keep him and his super-friends on the right track.

Steve Rogers a.k.a. Captain America is the stalwartstoic, and commanding ‘first avenger’ who defends justice with his iconic and indestructible shield.  The Sentential of Liberty is characterized by his tough-minded demeanor, his unyielding physicality, and his disciplined mindset Dutifulauthoritative, and highly dependable with a strict code of ethics Captain America is a classic Guardian.  A born leader, Captain America ‘lead’s by example’ and is the back-bone of the Avengers, much like Guardians are the back-bone of society.

Bruce Banner a.k.a. The Hulk is a wildferociousraging humanoid monster that comes out when Doctor Banner gets excited.  The not-so-jolly green giant was inspired by the classic tale of The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, and is characterized by his instinctual nature, his impulsive physicality, and his fearless disposition.  Adaptableaudaciousexcitable, and hedonistic The Hulk is highly representative of an Artisan.  Undoubtedly The Hulk simply does what works, as all Artisans do, and will do whatever is necessary to get the job done.

Thor Odinson is a mysticalaltruisticbrave and mighty warrior from another world who fights primarily for his native realm of Asgard.  The God of Thunder is characterized by his noble demeanor, his humble yet high-spirited attitude, and his selfless acts of valor.  Diplomaticenthusiasticempathetic, and highly independent Thor makes for a great example of an Idealist.  Thor is the glue that holds the Avengers together, and is always sacrificing himself for the greater good.
