I don't see why you couldn't rent one if you had tons of money. You
can get married in Kronborg Castle of Helsingor in Denmark (where Hamlet was supposed to have lived). I've been there, and it is on the water (not surrounded, sorry). It's not far from Copenhagen. Other castles are for rent too. (They have to pay for the upkeep somehow
