Maybe the nature of mankind with the recurrence of hegemony is no longer in effect. Shashi Tharoor talk about softpower.

BTW Shashi Tharoor reminds me of others I know, who come from India: Confident, friendly, positive, capable, and very tolerant.

Softpower expression.

Having been part of a foreign family in the USA, I know that you have a good culture for including newcomers and seeing what good they can do. The generous scientific research environment my father experienced, is a very good example. Now I know that this is not all of the story, but the things I mentioned here are definitely cultural strengths I want to see in my home country as well.
. a mania for drawing the shapes of things.. published a universe of designs.. all I have done before the the age of 70 is not .. At 90 I shall have cut my way deeply into the mystery of life .. At 110, everything I create.. will jump to life ..

Softpower-yes, I see this happening. Enjoyed that.
I would start with stripping down to what fundamentally informs my life, which is that I'm a seeker on the path...where I stand spiritually is, steadfastly, on a path about love.. (Bell Hooks)
