The Unscrupulous Cheaters, The Malicious Vandals, The Reckless Bingers, and The Perverse Derelicts.

Sounds harsh. These labels do fit the stereotypes I had of the sensation seeking Artisans.

How about some lables for the order keeping, punishment inflicting Guardians?

I talk about the labels of the Rationals here

It says:
Rationals go "bonkers" under the old terminology of the rubric "obsessive-complusive." Kretschmer used the word "anesthetic" (without feeling). One version of my father's labels is the "obsessive psychasthenics." There are the Apprehensive Quibblers: the Programmed Checkers and the Spellbound Ruminators. There are the Frozen Bunglers: Derailed Escapists and Stunned Blockers. Being a Architect Rational, I am pretty good at being a Stunned Blocker.

Punishment by a Guardian, is not a form of madness. But the "technical" name for Guardians is SERIOUS JERKS ;)

Just to be fair there are the Nebulous Flakes, Serious Jerks, Sneaky Punks, and the Nitpicking Twits. :?

Seriously, the Guardians are Depressives. So there are the Burdened Fretters: Sorry Mourners and Scared Worriers; and Disabled Weaklings: Sick Invalids and Tired Strikers.
Within which edge of chaos are you?

So....my guess is as follows, since I'm not sure which is which.....The Unscrupulous Cheaters (ESTP), The Malicious Vandals (ISTP), The Reckless Bingers (ESFP), The Perverse Derelicts (ISFP). Anywhere close?

the Manipulated Puppets and the Masked Imposters. Of Manipulated Puppets: there is the Convulsive Decoy and the Emptied Possum; of the Masked Imposters: there is the Invaded Stranger and the Immolated Zealot.

i think these are harsh names (for all sixteen types) but oh well. and im gonna try and guess witch is witch

Invaded Stranger (INFP?) Convulsive Decoy (ENFP?) Emptied Possum(ENFJ?) Immolated Zealot (INFJ) some one tell me if im anywhere close (i have a feeling im not to right)

Well, in the first page of this topic Keirsey provided the answer that that Invaded Stranger is the ENFP. So....it stands to reason that the other, the Immolated Zealot, in that same category, the 'Masked Imposters', is the INFP. That leaves the 'Manipulated Puppets' category. My guess is the Convulsive Decoy is the ENFJ and the Emptied Possum is the INFJ. The reason for my guess is that ENFJ's are the preemptive role. It would be a preemptive tactic to provide a decoy to 'distract' from your perceived worthlessness. Doing so 'convulsively' might be somewhat tied in with their expressiveness (E) and decisiveness (J). For the INFJ Emptied Possum, becoming this way may be related to their highly private nature and so 'playing dead' (possum) is a way to 'distract' others from seeing the real issues. Those are my guesses. Am I right on those Angela?

This is incredible, Nebulous Flakes, Serious Jerks, Sneaky Punks, and the Nitpicking Twits.

But they are! We are!

Guardians are Depressives, yes they can be.

Immolated zealot for an INFP? That's just terrible, murdering frenzied nut? That really is awful.

Wow! Great stuff. Entertaining and informative.

My wife, a Teacher Idealist, who withdraws under stress, will say she feels "empty" at these stressfull times. So she may be an Emptied Possum.

In my best Stunned Blocker impresonation I am unable to reconnect and provide the emotional support and affirmation she needs, so she remains emptied.

Lisa Fairhurst's book was helpful in dealing with these stressful conditions, but her advice is aimed more at managing employees and students than it is at maintaining those stronger more, personal bonds of spouses. The pattern is recognizable, and should be preventable. But the Stunned Blocker and Empited Possum repeat the experience just like Bill Murry's movie character in Groundhog Day.

Does anyone have any stronger medicine so that a Stunned Blocker can "get it", provide emotional support, and avoid a repeat of Groundhog Day?
