Thor: The Dark World will have some Thrones-esque tonation reportedly, as Thrones executive producer Alan Taylor directed it. Lemme tell ya anything Thrones related, and I’m all for it.
SPOILERS:
SDCC’s Thor sizzle reel concluded with Loki severing Thor’s right hand. Which run’s obvious comparisons to the Kinglsayer himself, Ser Jaime Lannister.
I can’t say too much more about it. But I will tell you that’s not the worst thing that he has to worry about along the way, said Hemsworth.
Honestly if you aren’t a Thrones fan by now I’m just gonna throw this out there but, something is wrong with you. @kevfeige #themanhimself is said to be a rampant Thrones fan and I’m not gonna hold it against the guy. It’s a quality show.
The basis of their compatability is the NFs amd NTs both live primarily in the world of abstract concepts—the world of theories and possibilities, of insights and symbols. — Please Understand Me II, p. 238
NF’s believe that as they let go of selfishness they get a clearer and clearer picture of who they really are—a glimpse of their true nature, unfettered by worldly fears or desires. — Please Understand Me II p. 133
Thor Odinson was born the crown prince of Asgard, son of Odin and Gaea. Raised with the luxury of a future crown and power of an ancient relic, Thor thrived on the warrior culture of Asgard. Soon his bravery and might turned into naievety and arrogance, with the assistance of his devious step-brother Loki. Thor started an unnecessary war with the Frost Giants, and was subsequently exiled by Odin. Enchanting Mjolnir, Odin decreed that it could only be wielded by those with a pure heart. Thor spent his exile humbly, mostly having romantic encounters with a human female Jane Foster. After re-acquiring Mjolnir, Thor ascended the throne of Asgard. As King Thor valued strength, courage, and loyalty above all else. He desired to be exactly like his father; a war hero. Virtuous, empathic, beneficent, and intuititive; The God of Thunder is an Idealist.
Thou didst act for love — and verily, for there be no higher cause!
NT’s simply ignore any law, regulation, or convention that does not make sense to them. Individualists all; Rational’s prefer to see the world by their own lights. Act independently, free of all coercion. — Please Understand Me II p. 185
Loki Laufeyson was born the bastard son of frost Giant King Laufey, adopted by Odin and Frigga. Loki’s heritage was guarded from him for the duration of his youth, so Odin and Frigga could raise him “as their own”. Bearing little resemblance to the other Asgardians, Loki decided he would match Thor’s might with his own cunning, intellect, and resolve. Loki still shows mild affection to his family but feels a burning resentment towards: Odin for lying to him about his heritage, and Thor for overshadowing him all his life. Through time travel, Loki actually manipulated Odin into adopting himself as a child. Devious, resolute, autonomous, and ingenious; The God of Mischief is a Rational.
